This policy explains what personal information Accesspro Consulting LLP collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers two things: enquiries sent through our contact form, and applications sent through our careers form.
It does not cover information we handle on behalf of a client under an engagement. That is governed by the engagement letter and confidentiality agreement we sign with that client.

2. Information we collect
2.1 Enquiries
When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, telephone number, firm or company name, location, service interest and message you enter. We do not ask for and do not want tax identification numbers, financial account details or client documents through this form.
2.2 Job applications
When you submit the careers form we collect your name, email address, telephone number, current location, years of experience, the position you are applying for, your willingness to work a night or hybrid shift, where you saw the posting, your resume and any additional notes you provide.
2.3 Technical information
Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use this only to keep the site running and secure. We do not run analytics software, advertising trackers or social media pixels on this site.
3. Why we collect it

We rely on your consent, given when you tick the box and submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and recruiting staff. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Third-party service providers
We use a small number of third-party service providers to run this website. They host the site, process form submissions and deliver the typefaces used here. Each receives only what is necessary for its function:
- our form processing provider receives everything you enter into a form, including any attachment
- our hosting provider receives standard server log information
- our font provider receives your IP address when your browser requests a font file
These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We may also share information where we are required to by law, or with professional advisers where necessary. We do not sell personal information.

5. Where your information is processed
We are based in India. Our hosting and form processing providers are located outside India, so information submitted through this site is transferred to and stored outside India and, in most cases, outside your own country. If you would prefer not to send information across borders through this website, contact us by telephone instead.
6. How long we keep it

7. How we protect it
Access to form submissions and resumes is limited to the people in the firm who need it. We do not hold enquiry or application data on personal devices or personal accounts. We ask that you do not send identification numbers, financial account details or confidential client documents through this website.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete information we no longer need
- withdraw consent you previously gave
- object to or restrict certain uses of your information
- complain to the data protection authority in your country
To exercise any of these, email rakesh@accessproconsulting.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity first. There is no charge for making a request.
9. Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser will make a request to a third-party font service to load the typefaces used here; that request includes your IP address and is handled under that provider’s own privacy terms.
10. Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and for adults seeking employment. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
11. External links
This site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies before submitting anything to them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be reflected here, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
